This program trains participants to complete a marathon injury-free, using the run-walk-run method. Group runs are led by pace group leaders for every level. Participants also receive a training schedule, a copy of Jeff Galloway’s “Training Programs” book, a technical T-shirt, and a subscription to Runner’s World magazine.

Training for early 2015 marathons (Disney, 26.2 with Donna and Publix Georgia marathons) started August 9, 2014. Register online.
